Wedge Salad Wrap with Vegan Ranch Dressing (Gluten Free Friendly!)

We love preparing Yeah Dawgs in different ways. This month we experimented with how a Yeah Dawg would take on a traditional Wedge Salad veganized! We created our signature ranch dressing made with Anita's Yogurt to drizzle on top. This is a gluten-free friendly option for those who can't enjoy our Yeah Dawgs on a traditional bun. 

Ingredients: 

Yeah Dawg

Iceberg Lettuce Shell as a Bun

Drizzled w tons of ranch

Coconut Bacon

Vegan Cheese Shredded

tomatoes diced 

 

Ranch Recipe

3/4 cup Anita's Yogurt 

1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds 

4 teaspoons lemon juice

1 clove garlic chopped finely or 1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp finely chopped onion or 1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp apple cider, rice or white

Herbs! Use a variety of any herbs of choice. I used dill chives parsley

Fresh herbs use tbl dried herbs use teaspoon 

1 tbsp parsley

1 tbsp chives

1 tbsp dill

salt and pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients minus the herbs until smooth. Then put herbs in and a few pulses of blender and Voila!

 

Purple Slaw

Side dish 

1/4 head purple cabbage 

salt 

a little of the dressing 

and a tbsp of apple cider vinegar

Mix together and let flavors marinate for a bit in fridge before serving!
